  • Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?

Once an order transaction has been completed a confirmation will be sent to you via email.

  • How long does shipping take?

We typically have a 4 day processing window to fully verify and fulfill your order. Following this your package will be shipped to you between 2-4 weeks. Note that there could be delays of up to 3-5 weeks during peak/holiday seasons.

  • I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one? 

We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Because of this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest if you ordered products that come from two different sites. So rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once….the rest of your order is on its way!

  • How can i contact you?

We have a contact form on our website that allows you to reach us directly. Otherwise, you may contact us by emailing [email protected]

  • How do I track my package?

We provide our customers with a tracking number after their purchase has been processed which can be tracked through the “Track Your Orders” button on the main menu or directly on the tracking website. Do note that it takes 3-7 days for the tracking information to be updated to their website.

  • I did not get a tracking number, what do I do?

Once your order has been completely processed, we will email you a tracking number (typically within 3-4 days of your purchase). If you did not get a tracking number after 6 days of your order you can simply request yours through our contact form or via email ([email protected]) and we will gladly you provide you with one.

  • Do you ship internationally?

We ship Worldwide!

  • Will you be adding more products?

Of course we do! We will constantly be sourcing for irresistible and unique items that you will be absolutely fixated with.
